Rosie the Riveter Day: Salena and Meg gets cameo’s
“US DOL Women’s Bureau Director Wendy Chun Hoon with Tradeswomen Inc. and several other tradeswomen’s representatives, were hosted by the Rosie the Riveter National Trust and the Rosie the Riveter WWII Home Front National Historical Park in Richmond California on Monday March 21. The event celebrated Rosie the Riveter Day and announced the unveiling of the First Annual Rosie the Riveter Certification Awards Competition for the California Construction. Trades Trust Director Sarah Pritchard hosted the event. Channel 2, the local TV Channel KTVU was there and interviewed several participants including Salena Durrell and Meg Vasey of Tradeswomen Inc.”
